My charge 5 is no longer charging. I have cleaned the charging ports, restarted the device about 10 times in the settings menu, tried pressing the button on the charger three times for one second and holding it down for 10 seconds 5 times waiting 15 seconds between attempts. It has given me a red message saying “your Fitbit isn’t charging” a couple of times now. The battery is about 55%. Do I need to get a replacement device?
Update: I have also tried different USB bricks and even bought a new charger cable. Still won’t charge.

Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Charge 5 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
