I've had my charge 5 for 3 years. Lately the battery is starting to struggle a bit. Yesterday went for a swim and now it doesn't charge, it just vibrates when I plug it in and there's a flashing white line on the screen. Anything I can do?

Thank you for confirming that you're having the inconvenience with the Charge 5.
Could you please provide a few more details about the issue? In the meantime, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the three pulse restart procedure described here.

I tried the restart procedure. The screen seems working at first, fitbit logo and loading screen appear but the device isn't charging. It remains at 0% even after some minutes. Then screen goes black, it restarts but still 0%.

I just noticed that the link I shared before for the recommended steps was corrupted.
Have you had a chance to try the recommended steps, or were you unable to do so? I will share the link once again. Please let me know how it goes.

Hi yes I tried but still not working. I left it under charge for more than one hour, it got to 1 or 2% but then again it restarts and it's back at 0%. Synch works, it shows today's date even though on the app it says battery is at 60%.

I have the exact same problem. Did a spin class and just drained to critical battery and then shut down. Tried all the steps and nothing works. It gets to 2% and the nothing. remove from charger and goes blank.
