Charge 5 is not recording my pool length

Does anyone know if the Pool Length feature still works using the new App, mine seems to not record them now, only distance which is not as useful.

Yes, it should work as normal. To better assist you, may I know if you're not seeing your pool length on your Charge 5 or the Fitbit app? or both?

Thanks for getting back to me, the Charge 5 App only shows the total length
swam in metres and I cant find an option to turn the length recorder on or
to set the metres in a length. The old App had all this.

I have checked the Charge 5 settings and it is set to record pool length of 25m however the App still does not show this detail. Has it been removed from the new App, if so it is a backward step.
