Charge 5 is not responding

It seems Charge 5 is not responding . When I call Hekpdesk I get I’m not under warranty. How is that these products are working approx 15 months ? Is it realistic? I also figured out old Fitbit 2 and charge 4 will not sync as they get eventually phased out and are not synced. I liked Fitbit products and still do like it until I faced charge5 and poor product strategy and support features. I’m willing to go back to Apple if I’ve to pay 200 bucks every year for Fitbit

Thanks for sharing all your feedback about this issue with your Charge 5.   

It is particularly difficult when the device is no longer covered by the warranty, but even tough Support is eager to help with any problem you may experience with the product, they do need to adhere to the official warranty policy, this would start counting from the original date of purchase.
