Hi there, @ASkellam. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is not showing the correct time and step count.
Did you already sync your Charge 5? Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
If you've tried the above but to no avail, make sure you're not running into syncing issues. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Charge 5 is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
If the step count is not updating on your Charge 5, please restart it by following these steps. If the step count is missing in the Fitbit app, the steps above should correct this issue too.
Hope this helps.

@ASkellam What do you need the settings for? You can find how to access all apps or settings on your Charge 5 here.
