Why should a fit not accurate with time ???
no much better to be in a community and tell the world about your sleep schedule and your menstrual cycle than knowing what time it is..
buying an Apple Watch … DONE

@Puckyou how long ago was the last sync, time should have been updated then.
I'm not sure which model we are triggering to, therefore I will not be moving the thread into the correct forum

I’ve been having this happen recently as well, after years with only encountering it when I travel. It is just doing so on its own lately. Turning Bluetooth off and then back on, plus syncing it helps..but it seems like a recent bug to me.
