Hi, @dlthomsen, welcome to the community, check your HR is switched on, you may have inadvertently turned it off. Swipe down from the clock face> touch "settings"> Swipe up three tiles to "Heart Rate", the slider should be to the right and not greyed out. Swipe right and up to return to the clock face. HR is on. Missed out on 145 active mins with my bike ride today. So annoying!!  If I don’t do a restart every day, it seems my Charge 5  misses all sorts of data. Sometimes it’s my sleep and today, my active minutes. Not cool not to mention Super Frustrating!!!

Is there any way to edit my zone minutes to the correct amount to capture those that are missing?

Same here. My fitbit is not tracking my sleep data and zone mins since yesterday.

Hi - apparently if you let the fitbit go less than 35% charged, it will not record heart rate, zone minutes or sleep properly. I also do a restart on it (three pulse on the charger button) before I start an exercise and this seems to work.

I have been having issues with zone minutes even when charged well over 35%.  Frustrating.

Hello,

i have tge same problem with my charfe 5. For the last three days all data would sync but active minutes are missing. They are recorded bt the watch but do not appaear on the app or on the web deashboard.

I have restarted phone, log off/log on, switch on/off bluetooth/ same for wifi ...

Someone know how to fix this ? I like fitbit but this data issue start to be really ennoying

Exactly the same for my Charge 5. Had no issues at all with my previous Fitbit - a Charge 2! So frustrating. Mine is currently at well over 35% charge.

Try uninstalling the Charge 5 and reinstalling. You won’t lose any history. That worked for me but seems to be a temporary fix. I finally contacted Customer Service as it was still under warranty and they sent me a new one free of charge which has been working fine ….. so far.

I now have other problems and as of yesterday, it will not charge. Fitbit
help has been useless, has not gotten back to me. I bought on 12/15/22–
they say it is past the 90-day warranty. That is messed up. So NO MORE
Fitbit. I do not see how they get such good reviews. I am spending more
for a smart band from Withings— but it has a two year warranty, so in the
end, it’s actually more cost-effective. Plus excellent reviews. Also, FDA
approved, unlike Fitbit.--

90 days warranty? Perhaps this is the reason my blood oxygen saturation (SPo2) graph no longer shows as well as the ♥️ symbol on my Charge 5 for a 30 seconds check up!

I am new to this thread but have all the same issues. I bought my Fitbit 4 months ago and it no longer tracks active minutes or heart rate. I have always used a Fitbit but this device is frustrating.

Hi & welcome @wilcoxson1 ,

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Fitbit. If you haven't already done so, I suggest restarting your device. You can do it from the Settings menu on your Charge 5 or by using the charging cable that came with your tracker. Hopefully, this will fix your issue. You can click on this link for more detailed instructions: How to update, restart, and erase on the Charge 5

BTW, I found that sometimes it takes several restarts to get the device back to normal operation.
