Charge 5 is not syncing my sleep data after the update

Hi, since I updated my Fitbit the sleep data is not registering. Any ideas to fix?

Mine too this morning. Reload the app Suggested by support. Works sometimes.

Hi there, @CeriL. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your sleep data. 

Please keep in mind that your sleep data might take a couple of minutes to show up on both your Charge 5 and Fitbit app. As @Kunukuboy has recommended, sync your Fitbit device twice in a row just right after waking up so your data can be transferred and show up on your Fitbit app.
