My charge 5 is not tracking anything right now

I appreciate the information provided about this issue with your Charge 5. 

Could you please provide a few more details? Let me know if you're able to see anything on the display of the Charge 5 or if it's completely unresponsive, or of if the display is working properly but it's not tracking any data (steps, calories, heart rate). 

In the meantime, please try restarting your device using the charging cable and check if you continue to have the same problem:  

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second.
  3. Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
  4. If the device doesn’t restart, wait 15 seconds to try again.

I followed the steps it still not working, no steps, no heart rate nothing is getting tracked. Only clock and calories working. Please help.

I've proceeded to send your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but I've been informed that you already got in touch with them and it seems they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
