Charge 5 is not tracking my daily activity

Finally got my brand new replacement ( this is the 4th in 7 months) Wednesday night. First full day of wearing it and the Fitbit said I got my 10 out of 10 and the app said I only got 9 out of 10. So unhappy. Not even 24 hours old and problems already.

No they didn’t. They told me to uninstall and reinstall the app. Got me
nowhere. I should have to restart a device that is less than 24 hours old.
I have been using Fitbits since 2016 and never had this much trouble.
