Hi
My charge 5 is not tracking my distance even though the app shows distance covered for the day. I've restarted the device, made sure location is a permission on the app, tried syncing the device and app nothing appears to work. I've seen replied about stride length, I've never had to set a stride length so don't think this is the issue either. Any ideas on why the device has stopped tracking?

Still worth trying. There is an explanation why it worked for some - not worth getting into, if it works. Just reset it to the default, or same value. Not that much wasted effort if it doesn't work.
