I have a charge 5 & can't seem to get several functions to work. The only thing that I can track is my steps, no sleep data, O2, bpm.
It syncs fine with the app as my steps update correctly.
Does anyone have any tips please?

Hello @Char4900
Since you're not getting any sleep data, I suspect there could be an issue with your heart rate sensor. Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 5? To check, place your finger across the back of the device. You should see a green light when you lift your finger. That's the heart rate sensor.
If you don't see a green light, check in the Settings menu on the Charge 5 and confirm Heart Rate is enabled.
If you confirmed that Heart Rate is enabled on your Charge 5 and you still don't see a green light, you probably should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link). If they confirm that your device is defective and depending on how long you've had your device, they should let you know what are your options under warranty.

Hey, thanks for the advice 🙂
I managed to get it to track my sleep which is fab, however it hasn't given me a sleep score.

Hello @Char4900
Glad to see that you finally got your sleep tracked. As for the sleep score, I think it might require a few nights of sleep data for the algorithm to produce a score.
You might want to consider doing a restart of your Charge 5. That's often the recommended first troubleshooting step to try to improve Fitbit tracking. Restarting can get your device "unstuck".
Another thing to try is clearing the cache for the Fitbit app on your phone. This can help the performance of the Fitbit app.
