I just did a workout and the charge 5 registered a constant 54 beats for the entire workout. It has apparently stopped tracking altogether and the green LED is no longer flashing in back. Yet another bug for the charge 5.

Nope, not helpful. it stopped tracking the heart rate and the LED stopped flashing in back. It clearly stopped even trying to track my heart rate for some reason.
In any event, I fixed it myself by doing the factory reset several times.

The moderator edited my subject incorrectly. It stopped tracking altogether--it isn't an issue of accuracy.
An update--I looked at the history of my heart rate and it stopped tracking some time in the middle of the night and just assigned 54 for the workout for some reason.

Please confirm that your Charge 5 is no longer tracking the heart rate or that you fixed it with a factory reset. Thanks.
