I have been using the Charge 5 for just over a month and I realised very quickly  that the watch is not reflecting my true heartbeat ( i compare it to other more serious machines) there is a huge difference. It still shows my resting heartbeat when i have been running for 15min. And I tried contacting customer service for the month and there is no way of getting an answer!!
