Charge 5 is not tracking my sleep score accurately

It’s bad enough that the New Fitbit App is terrible. Now my sleep scores are getting messed up.  REM time is down to 10 minutes a night. Showing my sleep is ending at 4 or 5 am. I have averaged sleep scores in the low 80s for years.  Now I’m getting scores in the 50s!  Anyone else experiencing this problem the past week?

Please note that your sleep score is based on your sleep stages and sleep stages are calculated with your heart rate data. Is your heart rate working as usual? @BobRandolphexactly the same for me. I've been using a fitbit for 10 years. For three of the last four nights, my sleep tracking has been clearly and absolutely wrong. In fact, I haven't even gotten sleep scores for those nights.

Upgraded from 4 to 5 but after a few weeks only basic information available, hopeless. Also shows 270 steps even before moving In the morning. Marketing blub could be described as fraudulent. Wasted money on this trashy kit.
