Despite resetting the device a number of times my sleep and health stats are still not being recorded. Can anyone help?

Hi, @Macalister, welcome to the community, It's a pity you are having these problems recording your sleep & (I assume) Health metrics. The green LED flashing on the back of your Charge 5 is the way the device measures your heart rate, a key data point for many of the features of your Fitbit. I suggest you have a look at these articles How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center & What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app? - Fitbit Help Center . A couple of questions:
I've read some user posts where they were able to get their sleep tracked when they moved their Fitbit device to the inside of their wrist at night. You might try this and see if it works for you.
