After being on the charger all day the Fitbit still will not turn on. Tried the button on the charger 3x and waited 10 seconds. Nothing. What now?

I have the same problem. My Charger 5 would not turn on. The screen is dead. My iphone can't see it. I tried tech support - which walked me to the well-known routine of cleaning contacts (charger and device), pressing the button on the usb charger three times (1 sec in between presses) and wait 10 secs ... nothing. There is no repair shop to send it to. Basically, I'll have to throw it away. I was going t send it back to Fitbit ... no Fitbit address available.
