My charge5 was switched off for 4 days but after restart ,it shows 5k steps on 3rd day.

 

is this bug?

Have you tried what I recommended above? Restarting your Charge 5 by following these steps and syncing twice in a row afterwards?

Hi there, @rk09. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Charge 5.

Those steps may be the steps that were left before you turned off your Charge 5. I'd recommend restarting your Charge 5 by following these steps and then, sync twice in a row.

Thanks for the reply. But this is not the switched off day data, it’s 3rd day data out of 4 days switched off time.
