When I charge my Charge 5, the time is two hours off and steps aren’t counting accurately.

More information might help.
You say 'when you charge your phone'. Does that mean that before you charged your phone, the time was correct and steps were counting accurately? Did time suddenly jump by 2 hours while charging? Is it exactly 2 hours which might be a time zone issue, or just "about" 2 hours?
"Step aren't counting accurately." Can you give some numbers to that? Some people would complain about inaccurate step count if fitbit counted 998 steps when they went 1000; others would realize there is bound to be some error; step count cannot be measured precisely.

Hi @Andrade. Welcome to the Fitbit community forums.
Thanks for the details provided about your Charge 5. Thanks to @JohnnyRow who is always providing help.
In order to change the time on your device, please check this article.
Regarding steps and before considering other options, please make sure that you've tried the restart procedure as described in this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Then check if you continue to experience the same behavior.
In the meantime, you can find more useful information about the accuracy of Fitbit devices here: How accurate are Fitbit devices?

The article referenced by mod above helps with time zone issues, such if off by exact number of hours, but if off by 2 hrs 10 minutes, likely not the case. My only suggestion for time is to try sync again, which should take time and date from phone.
