I have no idea how it even got into this mode. I looked at my wrist last night to check the time and there was this message. I have tried restarting several times to no avail. One time it appeared the battery was discharging for a minute, then started charging again. When it got to 100%, I took it off the charger and it was still stuck on the same screen.
Ideally , I'd like to erase this Charge 5 and start all over. I had a Fitbit for several years until it died, and have just bought this one to replace it. But I've been unable to update my profile/stats. I don't need all the old stuff. But before I can do any of that, I think I have to get off of this stupid screen! Thanks!
