Hello, My charge 5 has a red circle with a white x. I have researched the issue and I have attempted the 3 button on the charge restart procedure (no luck). I can not connect to it on my phone. I can not connect to it on my computer. Does anyone know any other tricks to fix this issue?
update: after looking at a lot of other questions concerning this issue, I really don't have faith in these products anymore. I love my gen 1 fitbit. The only reason I have this charge 5 was it was a gift. I feel like this is just programmed obsolescence and I will no longer be using fitbit anymore.
