Charge 5 is stuck on just showing Logo what is fix?

I have had my Charge 5 for about 10 months now (last year's Xmas present) it has worked pretty well but now is stuck on the LOGO.  I have tried everything to reset the watch an no luck.  Anyone know the trick to getting this issue fixed?

My Charge 5 is also stuck on the logo. Tried restarting to no avail. Any suggestions appreciated.

I did what was recommended and it is stuck on the logo. Evidently, the
latest firmware update released by fitbit fried the device. It happens. I
have used it for 10 months and it looks brand new. Nice paperweight now.
Will be my last fitbit.

Got it working again after several trial and errors. I had to let charge 5 completely drain battery.  Waited overnight.  Then put on charger the next night.  Saw the charging icon and after a couple of resets and swiping up on charge 5 to find my phone, I was able to get it working again.

I haven't been that lucky. Tried the same thing and the Logo of death
keeps showing. I think Fitbit released a firmware update that was beyond
the capability of their watch.

Mine has done the same today. Out of the blue got stuck on the logo screen when I was at the gym. I have tried resetting it. Deleting the app and reinstalling it. Doing a hard reset. All to no avail. Guess I will have to wait to.cs

Sadly I had to contact Fitbit, which resulted in me needing to return it to
them for review/repair/replacement.

It took a week to get back to their warehouse..they take up to 5 days to
receive it (which hasn't happened yet and it has been 10 days)..then they
make a determination.

I have complained this morning, and they have agreed to send me a
replacement.

Disappointing somewhat.

I am a paid premium member and it will be a month of not being able to use
it.

Im sure they'll give you a free month considering its a defective device and the premium membership isnt cheap!
