Charge 5 is stuck on logo screen

Good morning! This morning I noticed my charge 5 was not reacting to my touch. I have tried to reset with the charger multiple times, but it doesn't move from the logo screen. 

 

How do I fix this??

me too. It happened just one hour ago, and I restarted it more than 10 times, but just stuck on logo screen then black screen.

I went on chat and I'm getting sent a replacement as mine was still under warranty. Hopefully this one lasts longer.

Mine too!!! They say there an update you need to do. I just did it and hopefully that it will resolve the issue..

I couldn't even do the update. It wouldn't allow me. I know shipping is super fast, so hopefully I get it this week. My arm feels weird without my watch!
