Charge 5 is stuck on the Fitbit logo

My Charge 5 is stuck on the Fitbit logo since 5/23. All attempts to restart by Fitbit procedures (on charger and pressing reset button 3 times) still results in the screen frozen on the Fitbit logo. The Fitbit App update on 5/23 preceded this device failure. Please advise on how I can get my Fitbit working again.

Same issue here. I also attempted a restart by pressing reset button 3 times in less than 8 seconds.

I am having a similar issue. Device is stuck at ~9K but my app is showing ~4K. I keep refreshing/re-synching the app and it momentarily shows the same count as the device then goes back. The device is not moving from the 9K number. Every few minutes it shows the fitbit logo. I've done the three button press thing, re-installed the app and even restarted the fitbit device.

Same issue here. Started early last week. Mine will constantly buzz while stuck on the Fitbit logo screen, then I have to unplug it and let it die. Haven’t been able to use my device in a week. A lot of historical posts of a similar issue say that Fitbit just tells you there’s nothing they can do if the device is out of warrantee but hoping that’s not the case.

Thanks for everyone's thoughts on the recent problems with the Charge 5. I ended up calling  Fitbit twice and tried  everything I could to get the thing operating. No luck. Fitbit offered me 50% off on a Charge 6 since my Charge 5 was past the warranty date. That meant I would still be paying $80.00. I wanted them to come down to half of that, but of course the guy answering the phone had no power to approve that. I'm a  Google enthusiast (I've got the Pixel 6a after two other Pixel watches; I've bought several Chromebooks; I still have my Google Go; I've bought Smart Home products) but enough is enough. I'm a retired teacher with a limited income. Paying over $125.00 for a tracker that lasted barely two years is highway robbery. I searched on Amazon and found a tracker for $40.00 that was rated highly. I've been using it for a day and like it so far. If it blows up after two years, I won't feel ripped off. I'll get another one.

Mine is the same stuck on logo, plenty of charge in it just red lights on the back - less than a year old

Give Fitbit a call or contact them through chat. If it's under warranty, they might replace it. Good luck.
