Charge 5 is tracking false swimming activities

I don't go swimming hardly ever, but my charge five is counting something as swimming. Can I turn that off somehow? Water lock is not on.

On phone app:

Days of exercise tile > Gear icon near top right > Swimming (or any other exercise you never do and don't want auto recognized) > Auto-recognize slider left/off near top > Save

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
