I stopped using my Charge 5 for a couple months and when I charged it up to use it again, my data kept disappearing once it synced to the app. I reset all my data, restarted my Charge, disconnected from the app, logged out, deleted it, reinstalled and started fresh.
Everything has been syncing normally again... except my miles are always in the THOUSANDS on the app. My charge 5 is correct, my Home Screen on the app is correct, but once I click into miles, it's always the same number - 2,463.11 miles.
What is going on? Has anyone else had this problem? I am not resetting everything again... it was such a pain and I never should have had to in the first place.
