Anyone else having issues with the calories burned? I have been a Fitbit user for years, and always thought the calories burned was a little overestimated, but the charge 5 is capturing calories on the very low end. For instance, an hour of weight lifting would count about 400 calories on my charge 4, but today the charge 5 says I only burned about 187 calories for an hour. I am also at about 9K steps for today and it only shows 880 calories burned for the entire day (including my workout this morning). I eat about 2,200 cals/day and maintain well on that so I know this is wrong.

Hi there, @BDanescu. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 5.
Have you check your settings to see if anything was changed accidental? I'd check your personal information to see if your weight and height are properly set, it may worth the try. To update your profile, see How do I change the units of measurement in my Fitbit account?
Fitbit devices combine your basal metabolic rate (BMR)—the rate at which you burn calories at rest to maintain vital body functions (including breathing, blood circulation, and heartbeat)—and your activity data to estimate your calories burned.
Your BMR is based on the physical data you entered in to your Fitbit account (height, weight, sex, and age) and accounts for at least half the calories you burn in a day.

Thanks for your help, I appreciate your reply! I took a look at my personal information and it is all up to date. I also tried to restart my device a couple times and nothing had changed. It's just strange because I have never had this issue with a previously used device.
