Charge 5 is tracking my heart rate too high

My fitbit charge 5 has been reading a higher heart rate than what a pulse ox shows. I restarted it. Turned heart rate off and back on again. Nothing works. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sad to hear that you're having issues concerning heart rate tracking with your Charge 5. I'd suggest having a closer look at "How do I improve the accuracy of a heart-rate reading?" and "Why is there a difference in my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device versus another device?" in the article I've linked blow to see how to improve heart rate tracking results with your device:

How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? 

I'd like to add that heart rate tracking may be impacted if you have very hairy forearms or tattoos where you're wearing your device.
