My Fitbit charge 5 every day add swimming to my daily routine, but I don’t swim only hoovering or doing the laundry.

like this it won’t count my steps for that period. Even if I delete the “workout” won’t change back to steps. And loose the calories as well:(

I need to do this houseworks everyday, so it is really bothering me.
how to avoid it?

Hello @KittiAnn and welcome to the Community.  Your Charge 5 does this because your arm movement creates motion patterns that it "sees" as swimming.  Here's how to make it stop.  Tap on your Exercise Tile on your mobile app > tap on the gear icon in the upper right > scroll down to and tap on Swimming in the list of auto recognized activities > move the Auto-recognize toggle to off.
