For any future buyers of a Fitbit product even your are out of warranty and you product bricks just throw your product away. Yesterday my watch was yellow screen and unresponsive. changed the watch display background the screen now is blue. restarted the watch through the cable now its just black.
Customer support says they can't do anything to help me since I am out of warranty. This to me is such a waste of material and another addition to the tech landfill. They refuse to try to fix it they claimed they don't have a repair center.

How old is your Fitbit charge 5? I've had mine a little over a year and having the same kinds of problems. My son said maybe it's time for a new one. 🙄

Yes its almost as if they are designed to fail in one year and they want it that way. My previous fitbit device lasted 3 years. I talked to customer service too. They dont care.

My charge 5 started having battery issues, I had the watch replaced when it bricked during the warranty period but now that I am out of warranty, they said they can't repair the device either. I mean shouldn't they provide 'pay-for-repair' service!!
