My daughter's charge 5 has completely stopped working, Monday evening screen went light in shade, odd in colour saturation, charged and seemed to work better, did not hold battery charge, then was recharged, this time screen went completely black AND the unit has stopped vibrating when Initially connected to the charge cable. Attempted a restart, nothing is working, the charge 5 cannot be found on her phone.
Please help, I think I've covered all bases in terms of both watch and phone, how do you go about returning the item, it is still inside of the manufacturers warranty period, would like to sort this ASAP.
