Charge 5 is unresponsive

I charged my Charge 5 yesterday, went for a run this AM and got a warning the battery was at 5% a few hours later. No email notification of the low battery status which is not normal.

I charged the phone as normal but when I went to alter some settings (turn off movement notifications) as I read that can suddenly start to drain the battery, the screen went blank.

I've tried plugging the FitBit back in and pressing the reset button with no luck. Fitbit guide also suggested unplugging and replugging the device in quick succession so I tried that as well with no luck.

The phone app shows the Charge 5 is fully charged but cannot locate it. 

I tried reaching out to support directly but there's no longer a contact by email button and apparently they don't take calls on the UK number provided! Anyone got any ideas?
