Charge 5 isn’t holding a charge

I charged my Fitbit to 100% this afternoon and 4 hours later only had 66% charge.  I thought this should keep a charge fir 5 days.  What’s up with this???

@BL220 have you tried contacting Fitbit support team, they should be able to give you helpful suggestions on your issue.

I spoke with them on live chat. They gave me recommendations but I was unsuccessful. The battery still doesn't work well. Today I tried to enter the live chat option and they blocked me from the live chat option. Yesterday I sent an E-mail, I hope they answer me. I do not have a year with the device and pay for 2 years of warranty. I hope you answer me. Then I write here the answer they give me.
