Can someone tell me why my charge 5 all of a sudden is showing incorrect time I've walked? Today I did 48 minutes on the treadmill and it's only saying I did 24 minutes, this has happened 3 times now. Everything else is correct the steps the zone minutes the calories. I've tried restarting and syncing multiple times and logging off and logging back in. Have had this for almost 2 years with no issues whatsoever...Please any answers would be much appreciated.
My phone is a Samsung 10+

While reading your post, I was wondering how you track your exercises? Do you use SmartTrack or the Exercise app on your Charge 5? Please know that most Fitbit devices automatically recognize and record high-movement activities through the SmartTrack feature. To start, the default duration settings of your Fitbit Luxe is 15 minutes long. However, you can also choose which activities your device tracks automatically, or change the amount of time needed to record the activity. To do so, please follow the next steps:

Keep in mind that you can also use the Exercise app to start and stop a workout. For more information, see How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?
