Hi there, @Momzie9397. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Charge 5. @RiekoC Thank you so much for your help!

While reading your post, it looks to me that your Charge 5 was unpaired from your Fitbit account as that would explain why the Fitbit app is still showing calories but inaccurate and why other data is not syncing. To make sure your Charge 5 has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if  you need to relink your Charge 5, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Once the above has been checked or done, please keep an eye on your Charge 5 and see if the issue persists.

Hi @Momzie9397

Sorry to hear about your issues with your Charge 5. If you haven't already done so, I suggest restarting your device. You can do it from the device setting or use the charging cable that came with your Charge 5. This link will provide more detailed directions: Update, Restart, & Erase for Charge 5

Hopefully, restarting will get your Charge 5 back to normal operation.

I did all that last week and eventually I finally deleted my Fitbit and added it again and it was grand. Today however a week later looks like the same thing happening.

I did all the things suggested and the same thing happened again today. It's not unpaired and I sync everyday . Getting fed up as I can calculate correct cals, cardio and zone mins.
