Meine Fitbit charge 5 zeigt keine Werte bei der Hauttemperatur.
Wie lange dauert es bis etwas aufgezeichnet wird?
Habe die Uhr nun durchgehend 4 Tage an
Vielen Dank

My Fitbit charge 5 does not show any skin temperature values.
How long does it take for something to be recorded?
I've had the watch on for 4 days straight
Thanks very much

There looks to be an issue as I've had no readings for 2 days and my wife is the same with her Fitbit Luxe. All other health metrics are fine.

Same problem here since last monday (21st of March).
I have contacted Fitbit and there seems to be a problem on their side. I was advised to wait a little bit longer and to contact them again after 2 or 3 days if the problem still persists.

Np. We can't do anything at the moment.
They are aware of it and trying to resolve the problem.
I would advise you to contact Fitbit in 2 or 3 days (if the problem still exists ) to check the status. That's what I'm going to do.

I have not received Skin temp data from my Charge 5 in 3 days. What's going on?

Hi Lizzy,
This affects Charge 5 too I think.
My temperature data is not appearing in the Health Metrics tile, but I don't think Charge 5 has a temperature tile though.
My other health metrics data are fine.
My Charge 5 is syncing fine.
I have iPhone 13 Pro, with iOS version 15.4.
My Fitbit app is always up to date.
Thank you!

My Fitbit Charge 5 is also intermittently not tracking skin temperature, and has not tracked my skin temperature for last 2 nights. I do have intermittent Atrial Fibrillation (AF) and Fitbit does not track sleep if in AF due to lack of a "regular" pulse but skin temperature has always previously been consistent.

I have had my new Charge 5 for 6 days and it has never recorded skin temp. Just adding to the defect count in case it helps elevate the issue. Thanks.

Hi,
I noticed this was resolved a few days ago, but my fitbit has not been tracking my skin temperature the past few days. It is up to date and synced with my phone. I have an Android if that makes a difference.
Do you know how to fix or when it will be resolved?
Thanks!

Welcome on board, @Tracker5CA.
Thanks for joining this thread and letting me know that the issue persists on your end. This is odd as this was already resolved by our team and in order to investigate, may I know if your Charge 5 is syncing correctly? By saying it's up to date, do you refer to the Fitbit app or your tracker?
In the meantime, please restart your tracker, force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone. Wear your tracker one more night and sync once you're awake to check your details.
