Charge 5 issues

My Charge 5 is not working, again.  

This Fitbit was purchased in June 2022 and is under warranty.  I would like a replacement.

 

It has had multiple problems since January,

  • first was very shortened battery duration, (less than 4 hours)
  • for the past week, the screen was completely dark, the watch could not be woken with the charge cable button
  • Fitbit would not sync
  • Fitbit would not update with new firmware available in the app

Today it woke up!

  • already discharged 100% full battery (less than 4 hours)
  • Fitbit app crashes upon opening..

@Donstx You should contact Fitbit support. They will likely walk you through a series of troubleshooting procedures. Once they confirm that none of the procedures returns your device to normal operation and that it's still under warranty, they should send you an offer to replace the tracker/pebble or a discount on a different device. Note: the discount is on the full price even if the device is on sale in the Fitbit store.

@Donstx you'll need to contact Customer Support  to troubleshoot your device and discuss your options with your Fitbit's warranty.
