Charge 5 just charged stuck on charging screen

I just charged my charge 5 and now it will not move from the battery charge indicator. It will not move to any other screen. I'm so aggravated! Is it fried?

Hi , try pressing the button in the USB charger 3 times with 1 second between each click so it reboots. Let's us know the result

Somehow, it rebooted after I kept tapping it but I do not see any button on
this charger, for future! The charger has 2 little leads, otherwise smooth.

Choose Charge 5 from this menu so you can find the picture of button in the charger.

For future reference, these instructions would be a lot clearer if Support referred to a button on charging CABLE rather than "charger."

(Charger implies--to me--the device providing power, and this really is just a cable with a button.)
