Can someone help me with how to make a warrantee claim? It was working then not working - just died while charging. The warrantee claim process is as clear as mud!

Sorry to see you're having problems with your Charge 5.

The first step in the warranty claim process is to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. You might have better response when you call and talk to a support agent.
