Charge 5 just displays logo

I got my charge 5 last December and today I tried using it but it just displays the logo. No flashing. I charged it and did a hard restart and still nothing. What should I do?

You need to connect it to your Fitbit account (which you already have since you need it to post in these forums). 

For further instructions, do you have iOS or Android for an OS?
