This Fitbit was a complete waste of money. Stopped working just after it hit the year mark. This company did nothing but offer a 35% off and told me to buy a warranty next time. It’s amazing how they can charge $130 for a device and make it like garbage where it doesn’t even last. Awful customer service. I will never buy another Fitbit again. Don’t waste your money.

Does yours show the Fitbit logo on the screen with no other activity? I’ve restarted this thing well over ten times and it just keeps returning to the Fitbit logo. I can’t swipe and it doesn’t connect to my phone.

Aside from contacting support, it seems this doesn’t exactly concern Fitbit which is sad due to the price tag. I have a feeling we’ll be met with a ‘did you get a warranty’ and when our answer is ‘no’ we’ll get a 🤷🏻:male_sign:
