Paused my charge 5 during a walk yesterday. When I went to resume there was no response. Naturally assumed it had discharged. When plugged in to charger there was still no response. Tried all the pressing buttons and changing chargers etc to no avail. It is still charging and synching, but the charge runs out very quickly, 99% last night, 7% this morning?? I purchased it on September 20th 2022. What are my options, no support from the retailer, despit being under warranty.
