Woke up the Fitbit was fine. Looked at it 20 mins later black screen not working at all. Been exactly two years since purchased it in July 2022.

Tried everything but nothing working. Read many reviews this happens a lot. Really annoyed having paid so much it’s not lasted more than two years. So annoyed!

Charge 5 after 4 months started working. My charge 5 stopped being able to swipe 4 months ago. I did all the recommendations - push reset button on charger 3 times, try new clock face to initiate reset, let the battery completely drain then charge. For no reason I charged to 100% today and started working properly. Looks like same firmware that everyone has questions about. Don’t know why or maybe something at firmware end but my Charge 5 is working
