This is some bizarre new behavior but every time I excercise wearing my Fitbit Charge 5 it stops working. It just freezes and displays the logo and after several hours it will resume functioning again. I’ve had it about a year so I have no idea what’s going on. I’ve tried updating and resetting it but issue still happens. Have contacted support they were also clueless. Any advice appreciated.
