My Charge 5 keeps flashing the Fitbit Logo and keeps vibrating. I do not know what is wrong with it.

It's on it's way to FitBit graveyard.😪 You can try the reset instructions from the charge cable, if not leave it off until logo disappears and then try again. If still no joy contact support, it will take a while, but eventually you may get a replacement if this one's still in warranty.

Have you tried what @Chudders suggested?
Since your Charge 5 is stuck on the Fitbit logo, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed while your Charge 5 is connected to the charging cable:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Charge 5 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
