I already know everyone else is having this issue. I have had this issue the past few months and right now it is so bad I am ready to throw it again the wall.
My Charge 5 keeps shutting off randomly and way to turn it on is to plug it in. The watch is basically useless to me because it shuts off the moment I do any exercise. I have read everyone else having this issue and I have decided when I get a new watch that it won’t be through but it unless they fix this problem, or explain why it is happening. I have only had the watch for a year and a half and I didn’t get my money’s worth. I am only posting with the hope that maybe someone has a solution because I haven’t found any through my searches that work.
