hello

my moms fitbit keeps buzzing on her arm, the screen shows a yellow spot that says sleep and how long it thinks shes been sleeping and a red spot saying wake up.

she has had dementia for a couple years now so i am wondering if its trying to say something is wrong with her heart or breathing.

anyone have any ideas? thanks in advance.

@moversnshakers , Nice to see you around. Thank you for your message. 

What I think might be happening with your Mum's Charge 5 is that her heart rate is low, (almost similar to her resting heart rate). This and almost none movements, could "tell" the tracker that your mum is sleeping. 

If this applies, I suggest you to add heart rate notifications, for low heart rate. More about this can be read here How do I set up high or low heart-rate notifications?
