Fitbit Charge 5 Purchased on April 21st 2023
On August 11th 2024 the charge 5 started to discharge its battery quite fast not making it but a few hours. This morning, August 12th with a 99% charge I began my walk at 6am. The Charge 5 already shows 10,115 steps recorded when in reality it was under 100. After my 40min walk it registered zero steps still showing 10,115. Going back one day to August 11th it had recorded over 21,000 steps around 3pm but now shows that same number 10,115. At 16months old is this to be expected?
Thanks for your help regarding this matter
