Charge 5 keeps shutting down but battery is fully charged. What can I do?

My Charge 5 Fitbit keeps shutting down despite battery being fully charged

For the past month, I have been having the same problem. I have tried a number of solutions. Would love assistance.

Even I am facing the similar issue from quite some time. 

Charge 5 shuts off even if the charge is as high as 80% showing in device & app both.

@Wellsy123 what solution have fitbit team suggested ?

I did online chat and advised to reset Fitbit by pressing button on charging cable 3 times. Fitbit logo should appear and watch vibrate. Then asked to change clock face and hopefully that should resolve issue

Thanks for your revert @Wellsy123 ... same process was advised to me also which I  followed. Sorry to say, the condition is still the same. 

I really hope this issue is software glitch & can be taken care off with some technical support only & do not change the device itself (hardware).

The last update bricked everyone's charge 5.  Look at the thread about the update. So many people complaining about it their charge 5 is broken
