I’m dealing with the same issue as so many on this forum. Since the Google firmware updates, my Charge 5 is basically unusable. I’ve done every fix detailed on this forum, many of them twice. Best I can get is the device back on for about an hour or so before I need to unpair it, shut it off with the charger, turn it back on and pair it again only to repeat the process an hour later. The thing is freaking useless. I’d like Fitbit to either refund or replace it.
